When she is reaching down for the pram it looks like her arm is hit by the train.... What is with the woman who is with her - she originally goes to help and then when the train hits the pram she walks away from the distraught mother...[oh...edited to add that this vid is longer than the one I watched earlier - I take it back - she ends up getting help etc.) Amazing that the kid survived.
