grungy-gonads 54
I have a question - in terms of km, how far abouts is Niseko from the sea?
TochigiTim 0
Getting cooler up here in Tochigi as well. The last few days especially.
veronica 2
We deserve it. I think all round the fall is my favorite time of year here and I hope it stretches on a good while.

gifugill 0
Still fairly hot here, but definitely cooling down.
snowdude 44
Cooling down nicely here now, got down to 12oC last two nights and tonight looks like being similar temps again, roll on winter! The leaves are already changing colour here and half the leaves on the cherry tree outside my house have already gone brown and fallen off. All the mountains are starting to change colour! skidaisuki 0
A lot cooler, even in the smoke, last night. This cooling off normally happens later, in October. What this means for snow - see other ramblings - who knows, but at least it's more comfortable here. Keep those mountain reports coming...
muikabochi 208
It has kept cooler here for sure. I'm all for long comfortable autumns, hoping to get out and a bout in the next 6 weeks a bit with my camera. Haven't used my camera really much for quite a long time. Tubby Beaver 209
Wht not Muika? Do you like to wait for the air clearing to get better shots? On that note Fuj-san has been making a regular appearance of late at sunset, some awesome pinks and oranges back lighting Fuji, I just never have my camera down the beach to catch it. muikabochi 208
Well, spend most of August out of Japan and then the last few weeks I just haven't been anyway. I don't like the hot weather. Things will start getting prettier and prettier now so looking forward to getting back into the shattaa-chansu [clenched fist gambaru action thingy]
