I'm into my lets jogging phase now.

Doing about 7km, 5 times a week which is pretty good for me.

With my eating under control I'm hoping to lose 7-8kg in the next 10 weeks.

 

Gambarimasu.

 

(Posting this to help myself as much as anything, no excuses if it's written down.

I to am on the fitness and diet regime AGAIN!!! I got myself a little note book and I started writing in the distances I ran and the time.

 

I also write down EVERYTHING I eat and the calories. It was amazing the first few days little snacks I would eat and had forgotten about until I wrote down the next snack WHOOPS!!

Unfortunately even I am starting a fitness program. Mostly backcountry skiing each weekend at the moment but once the snow goes some jogging is definitely on the horizon (dreading it). Never cared less about what weight I am, just have to start getting fit for climbing a big mountain next year. I absolutely refuse to go on any sort of diet though, excersise enough and what you eat doesn't really matter.

Well nearly time to have my summer hols.

Quite pleased with my slimming down. Never going to be a stick but I'm feeling ready to get back to eating and drinking yummy stuff.
