  • 1 month later...

Took the kids to see G Force in 3D the other day - and it was surprisingly funny in a parent dragged into a kids flic kind of way.

But I saw the big advertising posters to 2012 in the cinema - and it looked good from that...

Am also keen to see District 9.

It was actually quite cool.
Long gone are the days of the stupid red/blue cardboard 3D glasses, much more stylish plastic things now with a clear lens. And it really does give the 3D effect.

The kids were funny (I took 3 ten yr olds) - they were reaching out to touch the images - I laughed so hard!

Grab a kid and go check it out.

ok..well.. ashamed I wouldn't know.

But I wonder if the 3D technology works on DVDs played on HD TV's and if we take home the little glasses instead of sticking them in the glasses recycle bin will it work for us at home?...

If so..

The possibilities are endless.

I did happen to notice a young teen coming out of the movie prior to ours saying to his mates "I wonder if these glasses will make my d!ck 3D" - ummm...say what?
