klingon 10
Hey folks the past 3 months or so I have been selling some stuff on Amazon - things like old games I don't play any more (quite a few collectors editions in there that were worth a fair bit), DVDs, one or two electronic gadgets from yesteryear. So put them on marketplace and I have raked in over 200,000 yen! Bargain! I know their fees might be a bit high (?), but it is so easy to put something up there with little or no explanation (literally takes a minute or two) and there are obviously a lot of people checking stuff out. I have been quite shocked at some of the things I've sold. From now on I'm going to be careful keeping original packaging etc. My top tip! If you have stuff, I highly recommend it. Pete the Shoemaker 0
Good going that. How many items have you sold?
bobby12 0
Yep I have been selling my old books that way. I keep them in good nick and then you can get 1000yen for them sometimes on amazon. Dead easy to list the books. Also they pay you about 320yen shipping when it only costs about 120yen by kuroneko. I got 3500yen a month the past few months from it - for old books taking up valuable closet space!
grungy-gonads 54
Nice one klingon. Good haul that.
happyhappy 0
I might give that a go. I was thinking about ebay or auctions, but the effort in posting things put me off.
klingon 10
Quite a lot Pete - maybe 30+ in total.
thursday 1
I used to get a thrill from doing that. A sense of achievement. I would sell stuff I'd never use for next to nothing. Good to clear it out instead of throwing it away.
bobby12 0
it makes you feel better about buying new stuff too, when you know you can pass it on for about 60% what you paid for it later.
grungy-gonads 54
And also makes a good excuse to use this "bonus" money on something new.
joshnii 2
I never need excuses like that.
