A flying visit to Hakuba... not a lot of opportunity for taking cheese pic's for you Cheeseman, but I did manage to corner some cheese taking in the view from the Asama Shinkansen en route to Hakuba.

Was actually quite nice.

 

I don't think I will ever get used to the idea of thin cheese strips with a "sandwich" style... I tend to think of cheese as great lumps or slices on a cheese board served with crackers and olives - but the taste was there....quite like a mild cheddar.

I really like that we have Cheeseman.

It is part of the fun of traveling to ski resorts that I am thinking about what cheese, how and where to photograph for this thread. Bit like the gnome photo thing - but way more tasty!
