pie-eater 207
Nice one! They had their shaky time again but generally better yes.
grungy-gonads 54
Other teams should really be looking at Liverpools back 4. Very leaky of late. Scrutinize that like they did Uniteds after the scousers raided OT.
stemik 14
more importantly can Burnley get to the play-offs? or is the premier league just a dream?

grungy-gonads 54
Rafael BenÃtez has waded into another potential feud with Sir Alex Ferguson by mischievously suggesting that the Manchester United manager recognises that "Liverpool are the better side". The Spaniard, whose verbal exchanges with Ferguson have become a regular feature in this season's title race, also claimed that the United manager thinks he has a "licence" to play mind games with his rivals because he makes his remarks without fear of being challenged. "I'm not having a battle of words with Alex Ferguson," BenÃtez said in an interview with his hometown newspaper, ABC. "But....oh go, on then I will! Yes, I will! Fahcts. Lets talk fahcts. I believe that he can see that we are the better side, and that we are very close to United. He has been accustomed to playing these types of mind games for many years. Nobody has ever said anything against him, or stood up to him, as he has a very good team that can win Âtrophies. It seems like he has a licence to do these sorts of things." big-will 7
Nice subtle changes there gg
big-will 7
Good odds for United putting 4 past Spurs tomorrow. Need to be the rate they have been scoring recently. Though a bunch of goals is probably on it's way. How are Spurs doing of late?
Tubby Beaver 209
Just watched the Lpool v Arsenal game this morning as it was replayed on J-sports, what a cracker. Defences making mistakes all over the place, some tough tackles going in and just a few good goals! Was quite dissappointed at the crowds reaction to Lpool equalising though at the death. I would've thought they'd have celebrated a bit stronger...maybe just worn out with all the ups and downs. Arshavin looks like he will be a quality player for the Arse next season

scouser 4
Chance for us to catch up again and hope that Spurs do us a favour.

rach 1
Of course it would be best for Hull to do us a favour (hmmm unlikely) and then we batter Spurs.

bobby12 0
Hmm close but no cigar last night. It still aint over! Looking at man utds fixtures, each game is tough. Away to 3 relegation contenders, and home to Arse and Man City.
Tubby Beaver 209
can't believe it, I watched the 1st half of Man U Spurs, went to bed thinking that no way culd they do it.....shit I was wrong!! 5-2!
rach 1
That might have shifted us out of our zombie state. What a 2nd half!
rach 1
Oh yes and Liverpools first goal from a free kick. That wasn't a free kick.
grungy-gonads 54
Some come back that. This season there have been some top notch games. And a ton of goals too.
big-will 7
Thought it was all over at half time there. Looks like both the big games (Liverpool and United) had dubious decisions for the first goals. What a performance by United in the 2nd half though. It's ridiculous that players get a yellow for taking their shirt off. That needs changing.
pie-eater 207
Media bollocks. Very clear to me. Liverpool got a lucky free kick that they shouldn't have. United got a penalty they should have had.

big-will 7
Yep can only say that for so long. I think that 2nd half will have snapped ManYoo out of their blip.
