tisk2000 0 Posted November 29, 2003 Share Posted November 29, 2003 looks like its supposed to be snowin starting on the 4th of dec up there...im kinda skeptical though cause i already payed for a trip through the military to head up there...anyone been up there recently? i would like to get a heads up on what its like...thx. They were hoping to open last week but couldn't. No new snow since then. Conditions are very mild in the region. They actually plan to open a run tomorrow - about 600 meters of the main Kagura run, 20m wide and claim to have 40cm up there - including their man-made white stuff. It's really best to wait for the real snow to fall, which at the moment is forecast to be in time for next weekend. Hopefully that will happen. For the moment though, they're just waiting for it to come down (like lots of other places). Link to post Share on other sites
