the snowboarding vicar 1
I have a computer question. I have backed up my Outlook email files and the file is over 5GB in size. I tried to save it over to a 300GB drive I have (that is near empty) but my PC is telling me that the file is too big to move. (Why is that?) Also it's too big to save to a DVD. So I feel a bit stuck. Any ideas on how I can move such a big file? Thank you
base40 0
The hard drive came formatted as FAT32, which doesn't support files larger than 4 gigs. You can either Format the drive, by right clicking the Drive in My Computer and using the Tools tab, or otherwise check your PM for a solution
bobby12 0
Split it in half with winrar, winzip or 7zip. put them on 300gb HDD. put em back together again.
