Mantas 3
I vaguely remember seeing something on the net about a place in Nozawa that had a small indoor water park, ie some pools and slides, might have been a hotel. Anyone know of it ??
fb_steve 0
I know the place you're talking about, don't think it has a hotel attached. If the lifts have to close for the day you can use your lift ticket to enter the water park. I think they have a wave pool...

Mantas 3
Kids will love it. We might spend thousands taking them to one of Japan's, if not the world's premier ski resorts, but hey ......you cant beat a good water slide. Have you got a name or location Spook, Davo ?? spook 0
everywhere in nozawa village is a 10 minute walk at most. ummm, from memory the water park was up a hill and only a 5 minute stroll from the main street with all the omiyage shops. you might be able to contact the tourist centre there, they were very helpful when we got off the bus and were trying to find our pension. if you are looking for a place to stay, there's some pensions listed on this site. the one we stayed at was ok , send me a PM and i'll send you the details
iiyamadude 6
It is very close to the ski jump area of the resort, on that top road that goes along the bottom of the resort. And yes not a long walk from the center.
