me jane 0
This is something I love about Japan, there are always new activities to look forward to each season. Spring drinking while pretending to admire cherry trees hiking & camping Summer drinking while pretending to admire the summer fireworks hanging out on the beach escaping the heat in the higher mountains Autumn drinking while pretending to admire the autumn colours hiking & camping Winter skiing (drinking in) onsens
snowboarding-sam 0
Quote: escaping the heat The very word escaping makes it sound like not much fun to me. I'd much rather do my hiking in the autumn months. I'm outta Japan for the nasty summer

skidaisuki 0
The way this summer is going so far, I'm not too worried about the temperature. August and September will have to be the proverbial 'scorchers' to make up for the dismal rainy season. Is it my imagination or has the rainy season seemed to go on forever?
