parkojp 0
I grew up in Australia and never even saw a pair of skis until I moved to Japan at the age of 25. I was hooked on Japanese snow from there (especially Hokkaido). Now I'm 34 and still here and still lovin it!!! The people, food, culture and snow are all sensational here. Kraut_in_HongKong 0
Boredom and cold feet! We traveled around Japan a few years ago in February. My kids never saw snow before, then they saw plenty in Nozawa. It was really fun to watch the kids going crazy in the snow - however, as a spectator only it does get cold. Too cold. So I rented some snowblades and started.... Was fun from day one.
