I have not heard of such a cheese. If it exists, is it good? \:\)

 

I know of Mr Cleese though. He has nothing to do with cheese though as far as I am aware.

just the title of the recipe gives it away. St. John's cheese sauce. Perhaps it's a brand call St. John who also make other delicious sauces like Homepride or Knor etc...

OR St. John is a brand of Cheddar.
