I couldn't find the St. John's cheeze he was refering to, so I subbstituted Mozzerella. It's good - but I'd like to try the original receipe. Perhaps it's a brand call St. John who also make other delicious sauces like Homepride or Knor etc... OR St. John is a brand of Cheddar. Link to post Share on other sites
