JellyBelly 1
We had a bit curry topped pizza kind of thing going on last night. It was strange, but good. Curry and cheese, who would have thought?

NoFakie 45
I wouldn't call them cho-yummy but I found a Twix in the conbeni the other day. I don't think Japanese people are big on gooey caramel, but it seemed like the real deal. It was in a Circle K near Nagoya.

BagOfCrisps 24
How anyone can not like gooey caramel thingies is beyond me. Then again I suppose some people can't understand why I don't like raw fish eggs.

Cadbury chocolate that I have bought here has a different taste to what I had been given by a UK friend. You'd think if they used the same branding and names that they'd be the same. NoFakie 45
The Twix tasted the same to me! Cadbury's on sale in Japan is coming from Australia I think. That's why you see wacky ones with gummi worms in or that look like neapolitan ice cream.
Wizz 11
Sorry but the Aussie Cadbury's is rubbish (WHY?!?), and.... should be banned!

Tubby Beaver 209
Mamabear reckoned it was additives to make the melting point higher to cope with hotter temps. I vaguely remember reading something ages ago that mentioned legal definitions in different countries to what constitutes "milk chocolate" being different from place to place, so the original recipe used in the UK is not able to meet these legal definitions in other places and so they had to alter the recipe slightly
