So like a home-made version then.   Sounds good to me.

I was avoiding ramen over summer, just too hot, but got back into it the last few weeks. Miso negi. Can't beat it.

silly question time.....do they actually have a salt taste? Or is it like that salt-water taffy stuff from America that we in the UK just call "chews"?

I had some really nice chocolate caramel type thingies the other week. They were very nice indeed. Probably best I was given them and don't know know where to get more, dangerous stuff.

On another of my tonkatsu runs at the moment. Seem to have it every week.

 

How often do you guys "eat out"? We usually are on a Friday evening and maybe one more day usually the weekend.
