My gf made a killer lemon cake with loads of icing yesterday. Never before has a cake been so lemon-y. It rocked, and we ate it all.

Yeah the Costco ones. They are super more-ish, dangerously so. Its a 2 pound (900g) bag! :lol:

Snowdude, where'dya get your beets from?

 

Managed so smuggle some piccalilli back on my last trip home, but by god your sandwich sounded Chou yummy.

you can get beetroot in the international shops. Sometimes they are in a can but not in vinegar….just brine, other times its in a glass jar and in vinegar….mmmm
