So like a home-made version then.   Sounds good to me.

I was avoiding ramen over summer, just too hot, but got back into it the last few weeks. Miso negi. Can't beat it.

I remember readng that in the UK the Food Standars Agency did an investigation into kebab meat in London and found there to be pork, beef, chicken and lamb in the average elephant leg of donner, even that ones that were supposedly Halal

IF we're talking about the holy doner, then I can vouvh personally that that is made from 100 % lamb wih flour, salt, spices and leftovers from Stavros' chain of kebab grills.

 

Just lerrrrrrve those doners. Thinking I'll need a trip just to eat them brekkie, lunch and dinner. All with pints of course.
