Whats the lowest point of a day for you, generally.

 

I'd say mine is late afternoon. I'd rather work early in a morning than late in the evening.

 

This article suggests a survey said 2:16pm.

2.16pm sounds dead on for me!!! Lunch hits the stomach and I get desperate to sleep. Between 2pm and 3.30pm is a real dark zone for me at work.

Some point in the afternoon-soon I'll be able to counter this by going to work out or taking a nap in the gym/relaxation room. Early 8:00am starts also suck if I haven't had a good enough sleep the night before.
