fukdane 2
Casino Royale gets a trailer http://www.sonypictures.com/movies/casinoroyale/
veronica 2
Yep looks like a Bond movie! I like the way he just looks at the camera at the end and doesn't say the expected Bond, James Bond line. He think he looks much more Bondish than Brosnan ever did. If it's a 'reboot' though, how come M is still Judi Dench?
yoroshiku onegai shimasu 2
Not the most exciting of trailers - is there a story? - but he looks pretty good I think.
scouser 4
I'm really really tired of that 007 music. If it's a reboot, they should use it sparingly maybe at the end.
Hokkaidough 4
Trailer is rubbish - he looks pretty good I think
2pints-mate 0
The new trailer looks good actually. I'm quite looking forward to seeing how this turns out. Seems that really are "rebooting" so to speak, even if Judi Dench is still M
joshnii 2
I don't think the timeline and characters in bond films stand up to much scrutiny Looks much harder than Bond of late.
r45 4
I like the trailer. Don't feel the same about the rock theme http://www.myspace.com/chriscornell
scouser 4
What do you call that kind of music, AOR? Uh
JellyBelly 1
I have really not liked the most recent Bonds. They just pale compared to the early classic ones. This new one looks interesting I wonder if it will live up to the promise.
BagOfCrisps 24
Went to see Casino Royale tonight (last night?) I really enjoyed it. Good stuff. Craig is probably the most like Flemings Bond. Thumbs up. Tired now.
eskimobasecamp 0
REALLY REALLY REALLY wanna see the new Bond movie
Fossil 0
I read every Bond story Flemming wrote before I saw my first Bond movie and just could not and still cannot see any connection. Fleming's Bond was a trained assassin who used a gun a knife or his hands and could improvise. Sean, Roger et al all rely on technology which reflects America's obsession with toys before people. lin 0
Thats where Daniel Craig and this new one is supposed to be quite different. I'm looking forward to seeing it too.
Farmer_Fred 0
Daniel Craig is a top quality actor.. come on, Brosnan, he never really seemed to be the secret agent type. I enjoyed the much more grittier Bond movie, but missed the large baddy's hideouts under mountains etc.
Farmer_Fred 0
now that i think about it, this has got be among my favourite bond movies, and did quite a good job of bringing Fleming's origonal Casino Royale novel into the present century.
muikabochi 208
It's out here next week. It seems to be going down really well generally it will be interesting to see it. I think the guy looks good in the role from what I have seen clips.
griller 9
Saw it on Sunday. I really enjoyed it. None of the cringeworthy cheesegags.
muikabochi 208
Went up to Sanjo on Sunday and watched it with, er, sanjo. Good movie, it's a refeshing chance for Bond which was gettin real tired.
Thunderpants 0
TOP MOVIE!!!! I was very close to handing out my first 10 vote on IMDB yesterday, gave it a 9 though, would have liked Bond to be a bit more "British" Casino Royale is top entertainment. Bond is back. who would have thought Bond could come back after Brosnan drove that ridiculous invisible car handed out by that fake Q character played by John Cleese. Anyone spotted Richard Branson in the movie?
iiyamadude 6
Thumbs up from me as well thought it was a really good movie. Really makes Die Another Day look like the joke it was.

Thunderpants 0
i feel that if i give out a 10 my search for the perfect movie will be over. Casino Royale has a few flaws. that flash forward (is there such a thing?) with Vesper and Bond in the shower confused me, it must have been a flash forward because Bond had no blood on his shirt. but i never found out what freaked Vesper out. she was alright in the Poker scene that followed the fight (in the movie time line) so something must have happened in between the poker game and the shower thing. maybe i'm just slow. Bond also manages to kill ....... with a nail gun with no air hose attached But that's all minor stuff. I was truly entertained thru the whole movie and sat on the edge of my chair. Pulp Fiction and Shawshank are both super great movies. Ben Hur could get 10 along with Casablanca. will think about that haven't watched Das Boot and The Princess Bride. maybe i should start up Azureus?
Wizz 11
Going tomorrow, really looking forward to it. The feedback on this - from real people not just reviews - is almost totally positive. I WANT a Bond film to be good.
Ocean11 0
Actually seeing Spielberg's "Munich" rather whetted my appetite for some authentic James Bond. The bicycle pump guns were worthy of early Bond films.
