minus 1
That sure is hot. Is it humid with it as well?
alferg 0
that was the most uncomfortable day i've ever had to endure in 13 years of living in syd. it was a dry heat, with a hot wind, like a hair-dryer pointed at your face. it was even too hot on the beach, although the ocean was nice n cool. my baby daughter was really distressed by it, so we sat in a hotel lobby all day & drank beer (just me that is, not the baby...) hmm, think i'll have to move to tasmania... sava 0
second hottest day on record for Sydney and it was extreme. Apparently next weekend is supposed to be hot also.
Sven 0
Damn straight that was a hot day... and I only really saw about an hour of the sydney part of it... between an airconned plane and an airconned car. Still, I'm heading back into sydney tomorrow for a day at the cricket... should be *great*.
happyhappy 0
I have no sympathy, we put up with miserable-ness during our summer. We do complain so feel free to do so.
lin 0
Try somewhere that is hot all year round people. It wears you down. At least you get 2 extremes, not just the one.
2pints-mate 0
I know which I'd prefer. Not used to any extremes where I am of course.
