Did you try it? Motsu? I don't know English for it? Sheep stomach maybe?

 

I went for eating with Australian friend this week and we had it and he was not happy, he could not eat it. Did you try?

I had it in Fukuoka and loved it!!!! Some local guys brought me to a really nice place. Be warned though, it is kind of stinky. It is miso flavored based nabe with horumon inside.

If you can handle horumon at a yakiniku place you won’t have any problems.

For the people that have been in echigo-yuzawa station they shell something similar at one of the stands. Rally yummy and warms you up after a cold day.

I've had that. Not keen. Not like haggis Weegeoff - this is more like strips of "meat" that arrive on a plate and you just put them in the nabe to boil with veg etc.
