Its nothing about winter sport, but I am interested in why man want to have a mostash or beard.

I really don't like them and think it looks silly (?), so do any of you guys have one?

hmmmm...this is a difficult question indeed...are you prepared to venture deep into the psyche of men??

I usually like to sport a goatee or beard come winter time...here are some common reasons i use to justify (in no particular order)

1) laziness

2) added warmth

3) some chicks (minus akibun) find it sexy smile.gif

4) you get to look like a real snow-man if you go out during a blizzard...

5) icicles

well, the list goes on...I am sure my brothers in here will give some more...

Complete and utter laziness. To do a proper shaving job with an electric shaver takes me about 25 minutes. There's pretty much nothing else you can do while shaving, so it's the most boring thing in the world. Leaving a tash and goatee on 'shaves' nearly 15 minutes off the procedure. And womens seem to like the look, if not the feel of it.

And if there's complaints it's easy to undo.

I have a goatee and moustache.

It is kept pretty short (ie about #3 cut at max).

It saves heaps of time when shaving, I don't have to worry about shaving off the remains of 2 moles (that I have already mostly removed) or cutting my top lip (can you say ouch).

Plus some girls like it and it makes me look closer to my age.

I think the technical term for the hair in rach's pic is 'chin fungus'. A goatee is the more distinguished look in doggy-style's pic.

Just put around the pic URL with no spaces and we can all see it on this page. Coolio!
