When does it start to cool down?

Recommended Posts

A big bangin' n' thumpin' n' crackin' n' hissin' thunderstorm has cooled things down nicely in Suwa now. That's the first time I've been so close to lightening that I've heard it hiss.

Not a drop of sweat on me anywhere.

Nice smilies lads. As my mother used to say, 'Don't encourage him!' That goes for the both of you.

It all depends where you are.

If you're in a city, in south-west Japan, you can expect to sweat all the way through September into mid-October. If you're in the sticks, particularly at a high altitude, it can start cooling down in September and actually be quite chilly at night. Can't answer for the north-west because I've never been there, but I should think it's similar to the places in Central Japan with higher altitude.

Where are you going to be?
