Sharon 0
Aren't they supposed to be going to a tiny village in Kyushu?
Ocean11 0
That's right Sharon, only they don't go there when they're supposed to, and the villagers keep turning out to wave their little flags, and the team keeps not showing up. That'll probably be the last African anything they host in that little village.
Sharon 0
I missed the news - what is it you're talking about?

spired 0
Ya know the real reason they're so eager is that they think that people from cameroon are distantly related to whales. Mmmmmmmmmmmm. Cameroons. scouser 4
Can you believe this is still nearly TOP NEWS on the telly. Where's Cameroon. They just showed a map of the world to explain to us viewers exactly where they are at present.
Wizz 11
Saw a news item last night that was just making out that non-Japanese are "ru-zu" (as in loose with time) and how, yappari, cultures are different and we Japanese are very punctual. Was a terrible piece of broadcasting. They should be ashamed.
Ocean11 0
Wizz, that's because Japan is unique in having four seasons which demands a certain amount of planning. If you don't get your rice in in spring, you starve. Hence, only the punctual survive. With these other races, the bananas just grow on trees all year round so they're shiftless and can't get anywhere on time. It also explains why they get good at football - they have time to practice whereas the Japanese are too busy planting rice.
Wizz 11
How silly of me. I should have known better, that's for sure. I am shamed now.
