Actually it's not fetta because it's made of cow's milk, but it certainly tastes like fetta. It's great on salads with the oil spooned over instead of dressing. Just because an answer is a simple one, doesn't make the supplier a fake. In fact, maybe the simplicity of the answer itself shows the confidence and experience of the (man?).
