I'm a little disappointed that the cheese talk has died down over the last week.

 

Can you think of any further interesting cheese-related topics that would be good to discuss?

Have you tried that fetta that comes in the jars with olive oil? Actually it's not fetta because it's made of cow's milk, but it certainly tastes like fetta. It's great on salads with the oil spooned over instead of dressing. Just avoid biting on one of the red seeds...

 

Not too expensive either.

Unfair, Jinja. Cheddar (the real stuff, that is) comes in many forms, and is a true delight to the connosieur. Just because an answer is a simple one, doesn't make the supplier a fake. In fact, maybe the simplicity of the answer itself shows the confidence and experience of the (man?).
