grungy-gonads 54
Until recently I kinda thought so - as did the general opinion. But with the PS and the more recent developments, its become a massive industry and my girlfriend recenrly bought me an Xbox and I'm hooked. Anyone else here any thoughts on it all? oo 1
I don't actually have a machine, but am tempted and have been quite a while. Some awesome looking board games out there - as discussed in another thread. I think the "sad" image has kinda disappeared as the PS came in and videogaming got a big image change. Like everything, depends on how obsessed you get.... PS Which should I get - PS2, the Cube or Xbox?
xxx 2
Not sad generally. If you spend 10 hours a day with it, maybe, same as everything. I find it a good stress-reliever. Recommended. Get a PS2 for a big choice of software. Some great games for the Box, but it's got a seriously serious "not selling" problem here in Japan, so no telling how long support will continue for it. xxx

yillow 0
I have a PS2 and there's some sweet sports games on it - great for a laugh with the buddies every now and again. I think the video game = geeky = sad has long gone.
