danz 0 Posted November 12, 2002 Share Posted November 12, 2002 konyaku...I can't stand the texture of that stuff...gives me the same gagging reaction I get with a shot of tequila...yuk as for clean ramen-ya...I think the general rule most japanese go by is the dirtier the tastier...some of the best ramen I have had were in shops that probably wouldn't pass normal us health inspections... raw meat! yummy...any of you like yukke...usually found in yaki-niku places...ironic, isn't it...eating raw meat at a yaki-niku rest...but its delish! danz Link to post Share on other sites
