I asked my friend about this today, finding it all very interesting. He built a house last year and used Woodtec, that same grade as you mention dumbstick just a different color. He seems extremely pleased with it. Does anyone know the kind of "about" costs of 100sqm, 200sqm and 300sqm of land in difference places. I suppose that cost is going to be a considerable one, and if you can get decent land at a good price, you will be able to spend more on the house.

Thanks yes. We're going to pay for the house 100% on completion... so no mortgage. We are luckily able to do that, and I just hate the idea of giving banks my money. Lucky you! That would certainly make things simple. Would love to get a house but need to decide where my future is more firmly first.

My friend had a pretty bad experience with Liquid and would never use them again. I would ask for quotes from individual places and compare. Agents are simply an added charge and not necessary.

I think it's safe to say there's a lot of snow out there today in lots of places. I might get out tomorrow looks like it might clear up.
