I have recently come back from the UK. I checked in my luggage at Manchester Airport, they were pretty strict. Basically if your bag didn't fit into the box they wouldn't let you past. No squashing of bags allowed.

My mum used to say that the fish was best on Friday in our local shop. I never believed that. Not a fan of seafood myself so didn't look forward to tea on Friday.

I know some top sausages in my hometown of Huddersfield. I can't believe there are good sausages in London. Southerners just don't get sausages.
