Hi - newbie here. I'm heading to Japan for a week mid January, and I have a JR Railpass. I want to spend a couple of days snowboarding while I'm there but I'm having trouble working out what is the closest resort/mountain to Tokyo. Can anyone advise me which is the best/closest/easiest to get to by train/ resort to Tokyo? Thank you in advance!
