Can someone help me out with a Japanese phrase. If I invite someone over and want to be polite and say the equivalant of "please make yourself at home", whats the best Japanese to use?

Know what you're saying, I've had some come from the uk and they've been in pretty crap condition. Good value anyway, but you do expect new things to actually look.... new! -
