I agree that you are in a really difficult situation, but I think you should also consider how difficult this must be for her. If she gets an abortion it will certainly make life easier for you but she will have to live with that decision her whole life, and I can't imagine it would be a nice feeling. Never used Infranview but I wouldn't bother with the paint program - using MS Paint to edit photos is like trying to cut a steak using a spoon. Try downloading this: http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshopelwin/ I haven't used it myself but if it's anything like Photoshop you can't go wrong. Otherwise, if you have XP, there's a program called Microsoft Office Picture Manager that allows you to edit photos fairly easily. I think you should be able to crop the image to the size you want and keep it at 300dpi (presuming that's the quality you're after).
