heading up to hokkaido from nagoya at the end of march for 5 days. Just wondering if any one had any tips of costs of flights or deals to be had, cheapo places to stay....would appreciate any info....cheers

if you duck the ropes and you have a season ticket its always a good idea to have a spare ticket in your pocket. That way, if you get caught you just give them that day ticket and they are none the wiser about the season ticket... -

Have just moved to about 30 mins west of nagoya near the border with gifu ken and would appreciate any recommendations for good boarding spots for the coming season (northern/central gifu ish!).. cheers
