It looks like autumn there already!

I guess Japan media become very hysterical about like this thing. Many Japanese perhaps shocked if they find out more people do like this.

Last season I remember seeing old lady on ski. She must have been in late 70's I think. She was there on her own and really enjoying herself. I thought it was wonderful.

Alts is surely the biggest. I think also it is most fashionable / cool (?) resort in the area. Maybe that is good or bad for people!

I went to Whistler and I loved it. I was with 2 friends and we stayed for 2 weeks. I really want to go back I think it was my favorite resort, it had everything. Lots of nightlife too.

Singer Hitomi did "maternity nude" and was shown in magazine etc. It is like fad now I think.

My friend works for them in Nagano city. Sometimes he can get some nice new toys!

I think it easy to find fun at Christmas and New Year

Looks good! I usually have big breakfast (maybe I should not but cannot resist) and so only snack for lunchtime. always lunchtime is quite on mountain also as many people do lunch

I used to work White World - I liked it there, one of better in area. Along with Kawaba I think.

I was lucky with London once, very good deal. Like you say but it is sometimes difficult to get what you want there. I love going that area in autumn month before ski season. It is so exciting time.

I like Tochigi. One of my friend lives between Chuzenjiko and Nikko, it is very nice area. Which skijo do you visit TochigiTim?

I am going there this week for onsen also in Kusatsu. Last snow of the season I think.

I wonder how the numbers are from Naeba in 0809 season. Up or down again?

I am Japanese and so I can't really comment about being here as traveler but I want to welcome you and feel you will enjoy time here. Other people I met who came here seemed to have only good experience.

I remember working at a resort in Niigata and they had weekly arguments and fallout over this issue.

I heard the cost for fixing the area due to landslide and lift strengthen (sorry bad English) was extremely high making it difficult. It was good area.

I was in Niseko for a week in early March. I thought it was so interesting how much it had changed since 6 years ago. It's like different place! MAny of the people I knew there not there anymore. I enjoyed atmoshere there.
