  9. do some research on Temple Basin. http://www.templebasin.co.nz/index.cfm/ Unique place, you have to walk 1 hour up a track to access it, there a two big lodges - Uni of Canterbury one and the bigger Temple Club one, people usually stay there for 3-4-5-6 days in the lodges, awesome friendly laid back atmosphere. awesome terrain and hardly a soul to track out the powder when it comes. A writer of Transworld Snowboarding Mag said if he had to spend the rest of his life in one place, it would be there. http://www.nzadventure.com/temple_basin_snowboarding.html this site really plugs

  12. true Green true, but any Iraqi with sense will head to a place away from any military installation, "research center" or whatever they are hiding. move to some farming community and ride it out. As for the Iraqi armed forces? they should desert their posts go awol, hide until its over. I know thats sounds idiotic and completely unlikely, but in the long run would save their lives as there is no way Iraq will win.

Snow Rain Equivalents In the September/October 2001 issue of Weatherwise, 12-year-old Geoffrey M. Joseph of Cincinnati, Ohio, asked . . . Can you tell me how much rain equals one inch of snow? ANSWER: The most common conversion used is that 10 inches of snow will melt to one inch of water. That is a very rough approximation, however. The density of snow on the ground depends on many factors. The conditions of tempe
