I've got a tricked out Mazda RX-7(used to do quite a bit of racing back in da days)that's been sitting in the garage for the last few years, waiting to be revived. These days I drive around town in a beat up Nissan Maxima that's got over 180,000 miles. This vehicle's falling apart little by little...even the stereo no longer works! But it's gonna have to do for now(you DO NOT want to be without a set of wheels in LA).

Yup, I've returned home, for now. One thing's for sure...the snow won't be the same. It's a shame my time in J-Land couldn't last longer(at least for one more season). You never know...I may be back again someday. Keep sliding y'all

This past season when I wiped out at Omote Manza the inside of my right knee rammed straight up to my chin. That really re-aggrevated an already existing injury to the ligament. I had twisted it about a month earlier but I thought the injury was healing nicely. My right knee hasn't been the same ever since(it still aches). Gettin' old. *sigh*

But it was not the case this past season when I went. I got no fresh snow and overall bad weather. I had thought that would be a pretty safe time to go but I guess I just had bad luck.

Yeah, I guess we just have to keep our fingers crossed. Whenever the Kyojins are mentioned I immediately think of NY Yankees...both clubs are just bullies! You know, now that I'm back home it's really sweet when I turn on my TV I can get up to 5 MLB games at the same time!! And the best part is you know it doesn't matter how many innings they've played they won't switch the game off for some sit-com or variety show. Kiyohara's playing days are nearly over, Eto's production has peaked, hitters are finally catching up to Uehara's stuff and CL pitchers will have that sophomore Abe figured out soon enough(who in case you haven't noticed has developed some kind of attitude...that chipmunk looking punk).
