i went home this time last year (Oz), for 6 weeks. and while it was great to catch-up with family/friends, i didn`t have AS good a time as i thought i would! yeah, it was winter, and i went riding a bit, but no one had `time` to do fun stuff. next time i go home will deff. be summer, when everyones on hols. and have time to do fun stuff.

t-shirts with `trukked` up english messages on `em that no one can understand. my nephew had his 21st. bday party tha otha week and i put together a few goodies for `im. tha best was a pack of `POOH BISCUTS`! gotta luv that.

i think that i eat very well. quite a few years ago i read a book called `Fit for Life`. its all about eating well. tha last 6 months or so i`ve started to put it into practice. just a cuppla things- i don`t eat anything except fruit until noon, i try to eat only one concetrated food (read processed/not natural) each meal, and i`ve cut out quite a few foods that we dont need.

this is outta control init? ya can compare smoking and drinking milk, bcos milk, like smoking is no good for ya, but people still choose to do it because they enjoy it/it tastes good. also, i never said that milk has NO nutritional value. peeps don`t chew tobacco leaves for their high amino acid content. so it makes sense that you shouldn`t drink milk for tha sole purpose of gettin ya calcium intake. oh, and may tha lord jesus christ, our savior bless everyone. True, milk does contain calcium, but thats only if its straight from tha cows teet. by tha time it gets to us its been altered, toyed with, souped-up, `enhanced`, reduce fat-ed, flavoured, heated, whitened/brightened way beyond what was intended for human consumpsion, that virtually ALL tha good calcium it `did` contain has been stripped away. even then, we`re only meant to consume it when we were babies. NO other animal/mamal continues to drink

i just don`t get that `midrift` fashion thing. last year when i went home, tha girls were all over it. especially a lot of me mates` significant others. and in most cases they just weren`t cut out for it(rolls and floppy bits all over tha place). i know its all well an good to be `comfortable with your body`, but that doesn`t mean ya gotta go showin it off to all and sundry.

i reckon ya should go and pay db a visit he`d really appreciate it, and it would remind him of what he`s missing mmmmmmmmaybe?

this is a good thread- keep it up! i got wet tha first time this year a cuppla weeks ago, boy was it a good feeling. apart from having jelly arms an that... imo, nothing comes close to tha feeling ya get from surfing and everything assocciated with it- bbq`s at tha beach, coldies/hotties with ya mates/missus, road trip... i`m not a big-wrap for long boards, but would never dis on anyone who rides one. mind you, i hope i`m never `too old`, to ride a shortboard, but if tha day comes, then so be it. one thing i miss about `home` is just chuckin tha board in tha back of tha ute, and
