I found an autumn beer in our fridge last night, the drink by date on it is March 2012.
Reckon it's still good to go?
-
Me too, bit crap isn't it.
Prometheus! Want to see.
-
Do you want to jump off it, Mitch?

UK-related Haneda flights seem to be a bit cheaper than Narita but 'messier' than Narita in terms of connections and times.
That's what I saw when I looked anyway.

It has been suggested by analysts that, in order to save face, North Korea will either claim to its domestic audience that the launch was a success and that its Bright Star 3 satellite is in orbit, or it could claim that its enemies had shot the rocket down.
Oh dear.

Looks good - more photos in the gallery there I see.
Never been but would like to.
How far away are you from there?
-
Yes what a ridiculous comment.

I tried pea-green for a while but have settled on a darker blue.

Great work on the pics, good to see it so clearly.

Some go back when it warms up a bit and see how good it looks then!

Stunning views of Yuzawa from up there.

Well, here's some market research.
I used to buy games for consoles but haven't done recently and don't think I will unless it's a really special one.
The easy to pick up and enjoy games on mobiles are good enough.
You can get Tetris and lots of other games on say ipad. You pay the full 'console price' for the same game on the handhelds.

Saw on a news story that in some areas of fukushima, there is only 1 young person out of every 3 people. Although don't know what they classified as young.
In Japan, probably under 50.

does anyone use the over glasses style goggles?
I tried some a few years back provide but just didn't like them. There were too many steaming up issues. Not counting the looking dorky bit. Get some with mirrors.
I suppose some technology might have got better since then but I wasn't keen. I went to using sunglasses most of the time.

That would just be great for when I am up there in February.
Thanks for putting all these up!

And you don't need to live in Fukushima?
Awesome deal for people who are in reach.
Why is it those age groups?

Inevitable I suppose and less than lots of places, but still....
If they delay this though where are they going to get all the rest of the goodies?
Japan's ruling party, the Democratic Party of Japan (DPJ), has agreed to postpone a sales tax increase amid growing opposition against the move.A DPJ panel has agreed to delay raising the tax to 8% until April 2014, with a further increase due in October 2015.
The 8% tax level was due to come into force by April 2013.
Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda has been seeking to double the sales tax from current 5% to improve the country's finances, amid growing debt levels.
Japan, the world's third-largest economy, has the highest public debt to gdp ratio among the world's developed economies.

F#$# me?!
"Japan is a fantastic place to start"!!

Me too, I simply don't care.
I had to download it on my browser but did so without a thought. Took probably 30 seconds to get it done.
It's only when an obviously dodgy site asks for something like that when I might be put off.
SJ is quite obviously not dodgy and is certainly trustworthy.
I can't really see many people who are interested in the subject matter balking at doing that.
Love it though guys, excellent idea and really well pulled off too.
Quality.

Yikes, what a horrid thought

Perhaps they are taking all the revenue from our subscriptions and pesky popup banner ads on the Forums to create a new ski resort?
Max elevation: 2830m
Min elevation: 5m
Longest course: 10,000m
Steepest slope: 45 degrees
I reckon that's it!

Under The Dome by S. King.

I love enjoying time around temples and gardens as well.
They can be so pretty.
