Got a bit of a cold the last couple of days - my Japanese colleagues are keeping their distance, one of them nervously suggesting that I have SARS. I didn't know whether to laugh or cry (or cough).

Just on Xbox live before, Moto GP2. Great game. Pity about some of the people on there today. Perhaps my timing was just bad. But it seemed to be almost policy of the idiots online that if a Japanese guy comes into a game, all the "dudes" just come on with "size of dick" comments and more racist comments. It happened in 3 sessions I was in, each with different people in them. Quite sad really.

And then there was the time when the 70 year old Moore did some snowboarding in his last bond pic. Can't remember what it was called. It was (unintentionally) funny.

One of the people I work with is one of these people who always seems to think that if he talks with me it has to be a culture conversation. Like, "do you have this in the US?", "you don't eat sushi in the US, do you?" all that kind of subject. It gets tiring, especially after more than a year of the same questions. He asks the same thing over and over again, and never apparently listens to my weary answers.

I sometimes listen to them when I'm watching in bed - my bedroom tv is not bilingual, so I have no choice. It's funny listening to the Japanese and yes it does always seem to be the same people doing the dubbing.
