There have been times when I have forgotten to lock my door and not wanted to answer the door when the bell went - but even so, some ojisan opens my door and begins to enter! I HATE THAT. It just happened now. What I want to know is - is that acceptable behaviour generally or not?

Fewer seem to do this each year - because people just don't accept it any more and the resorts are all fighting over dwindling numbers.

Gunma ROCKS way more.

Quite a bit yet. Here in northern Gunma its still fairly chilly in the mornings and evenings (and some days too). Mine was actually out until May last year.

Had a great day up at Tenjin last week, decent snow - hardly anyone around, excellent weather. Great start to the season
