So its bonenkai season again. I've already been to 2 - one I wanted to the other not so keen. I got really wasted at that second one and actually ended up enjoying it. Theres a few more I 'should' be going to but I'm going to have to invoke the excuse clause and try to get out of them. How many you going to this year?

Near where I live there's a good izakaya that is traditionally the place to be on NYE. Excellent atmosphere, everyone knows each other, the drinks are on the master-san (not all night!) - great place. I'll be there this 31st Dec.

My PC seems to really dislike big pdf files and often crashes.

I like it in short blasts when I visit - which is always down in the category 'for fun'. Shopping, nights out, meeting friends etc. But I would truly hate to live there for sure.

Love the new REM song - the sort of song that REM do really really well. I've heard a few more from the new album as well and they sound pretty good.
