I actually watched The Dark Knight Rising today. Found it rather long and outstaying it's welcome. I liked the bits where Anne Hathaway was in the rubber suit though and we could see her bottom.

It's weird, as soon as I "move on" a spider or two, next time I look there's another.

I like all the frogs jumping around our garden, but less keen on spiders and the webs they make. They seem to like one tree in particular. I was wondering.... are they a good thing for a garden or not? Any spider-y thoughts?

Decent start to the day

Finishing up this coffee and then out for a day of weeding, taking up some wilting flowers and replacing/rearrangin with a few new ones I bought yesterday.

How long snow tyres typically last for?

Got my new phone.
How bizarre is this:
Before:
Two year old iPhone 5 32GB
Monthly paying around 9500 yen on average but differed a bit each month as I was paying for every call.
Now:
New iPhone 6 Plus 64GB
The first 8(.2) months the monthly charge will be 5400 yen.
After that, it will settle to about 9300 yen.
That includes as many calls as I want.
Quite how getting a brand new phone can be considerably cheaper than continiuing with the old one is a bit beyond me, even looking at all the silly complicated numbers, but I won't complain.
They even gave me a present... a mobile charger thing that had a charge stamp of 6500 yen on it.

Same here. No pount either. Like Bags said, not going to change how much I buy. Unless it changes drastically of course.
