Pretty much the same story as others have. If you go to the bigger chain stores, they will be less friendly, less willing to lavish time and care on your equipment, and charge you more. Get in with a friendly local shop.

It can make for exciting stuff with everyone wanting to avoid penalties. I have just turned it on now and it seems that penalties may well be on the cards here....
