Regarding buying a house in the UK, if you have no chain behind you as well as able to pay cash, I bet you could talk down the price of property in the UK right now quite easily.
When do 'they' say the market is going to be at it's lowest?

There are many ways it can be improved without being turned into Disneyland, and I can't see that happening myself.

Take them off and use a bit of toyu on a cloth to get the marks off. Should be ok.

Now Australian school teacher David Sheridan knows how Jonah felt - or near enough.
As this amazing picture shows, a huge whale suddenly rose up close to the surface as the 42-year-old New South Wales man was riding his kiteboard - a small surfboard suspended beneath a large kite.
Seconds after this photo was snapped remotely by David's camera, mounted on the kite apparatus, the whale flicked up its tail and gave him an almighty blow on the back of his head.

So it looks like Beach Volleyball was not in there right at the beginning and a relatively new event then.

The Cure have been releasing a single every month the last few before a new album. Really like 3 of them, the last album was so poor hopefully the new one will be back to some kind of form.

I went to that area last October. Really enjoyed it and the landscapes really are quite impressive. Get lucky with the weather and it's great.
