The "My Calendar" is only available to members who are logged in, and displays under the chatbox. The links to "Calendar" and "Active Topics" are near the top of the page, just under the black bar.

No photo, but this morning there was no sign of snow anywhere around the telephone. Hopefully by Monday that will be very different.

I'm afraid we're going to have to disappoint yet again. At the moment the settings are that a thread becomes "hot" if either of these conditions is satisfied: 50 replies 1000 page views. We can easily change those numbers if something is more appropriate. Other ideas are unfortunately not going to come anywhere near the top of our "things to do" list

We get flagged when someone has posted a certain amount and change it manually. If for some reason we don't change it over, if people ask us we will invariably turn them on. Yes CB it was to avoid spammers and advertisers who just wanted easy access to all the members of these Forums. We're protecting everyone you see. We try to not let those kind of people spoil things for everyone but unfortunately it is the only way to get around that particular problem.

If you know of any good Trip Reports from previous seasons, please do let us know and we will move them over to the new forum section. Thanks

Mantas, it seems you have misunderstood. I was responding to ug -- I was not telling Rag-Doll that he cannot contact another member. Nowhere did I say or even imply that Rag-Doll was trying to "sell" or did I ask him to not contact this member. We do not allow advertising and sales on the Forums or via PMs. We never have done. What is complicated about that?
