Site updates 2023: Actual 22-23 season opening/closing dates
SnowJapan replied to SnowJapan's topic in News & announcements
We have started adding the actual opening and closing dates (2022-2023 season) on the individual ski area pages on the site, along with tentative planned 2023-2024 season dates. Examples (top of the page): https://www.snowjapan.com/japan-ski-resorts/niigata/yuzawa/gala-yuzawa https://www.snowjapan.com/japan-ski-resorts/hokkaido/kutchan/niseko-mountain-resort-grand-hirafu https://www.snowjapan.com/japan-ski-resorts/nagano/hakuba/hakuba-happo-one The process of adding the data to each page will take a few weeks. Once done, we'll add a new all-Japan table/chart. -

An end of season message from SnowJapan This message has been posted on each of the regional daily Now reports on the site Japan's 2022-2023 ski season has now finished at all but a few ski areas, so it is time to look back and wrap up with some end-of-season thoughts. The following comments are general observations about Japan's ski season. Remember, there are always going to be many significant regional variations. First, lots of great snow to enjoy in most regions during the peak season. That is expected, of course. After all, this is Japan. The foremost thing about 2
