Skiing, over 13 seasons mostly down here in Aus. -
Never really had any reservations (other than at the hotel) about the season, thought know a few who did. I reckon that won't be an issue for most next time round.

6 days in Hakuba. 6 days in Niseko. I make that 12.

I spent a 6 days in both this last season. Hakuba in late January and Niseko in early February. They both delivered in terms of snow, though got to say that Niseko edges it. Hakuba edges it in terrain and scale. Loved both though.
