There was alot of dust on crust out there today, hopefully the groomers can make of it something of it tonight. I can't wait for the big dump predicted for this Thursday night to make our final day in Niseko perfect.

I'll be wearing a helmet on the slopes next week for the first time since I was 6 or 7 years old. Warmth and comfort are what I see as the big plus along with the fact I won't need to keep adjusting my beanie to make sure my ear lobes are covered or worrying about taking my goggles off and leaving them somewhere as they're now latched on.

James Squires Sundowner Lager is my new fave at the moment, great refresher on a hot day. It's been available on tap at the Squires Brew House for a while now but is becomming more readily available in bottle shops and they'll hopefully start distributing if demand is good.

My first post on the SJ forums. Will be heading to Niseko at the end of Feb for my second visit after I was there back in 08, bringing along 3 Japan newbies who are eager to get their first taste of real Pow. Picked up my new Giro G10 helmet today so the gear list is finally up to scratch
