hey snowluvva (Scott), I'll be in Niseko from 13-20 Feb. My wife and I are photogs in Sydney. Mainly weddings and portraits though... nothing compared to "action" on the slopes I'd be keen to hook up to shoot for a day. Paul

I was thinking of getting those cash cards from travellex or flight centre... would these be generally accepted anywhere? particularly Niseko? I plan on bringing sufficient cash to Niseko anyway, but also need money for touring later..

Cool thanks all for the tips. BM: we're planning on basing ourselves in Kyoto and just doing a day trip to Nara. But on the return leg to Tokyo stopping for a night at Mt Fuji. When I say "at Mt Fuji" i mean somewhere nearby so we can see as you say from afar. Any suggestions on where the best place is to stop, stay and view Mt Fuji? I've heard/read about Fujigoko?
